House feeling a little dull and dim? Looking to brighten up a space? Increasing lighting is a great addition to any remodel. Many of the homes in Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Irvine, and the surrounding cities were built in the 70's and 80's. In those times, it was common to build houses with only one light fixture per room. While that may have sufficed back then, singular light sources can make a home appear dated and dark.

We add additional lighting to almost every remodel we take on. Often we add canless lighting to the ceiling, as well as new chandeliers and pendant lighting. Lighting is most frequently added during kitchen, bathroom, and living room remodels.

Many people don't realize how many lighting options there are that are asthetically pleasing and also increase safety. For example, we can add undercabinet lighting in the bathroom and kitchen that automatically turns on when someone walks in the room. This can be very helpful for late night trips to these rooms.
