How much are estimates?

Estimates cost $150 for projects that are $100,000 and less, and $500 for projects that are above $100,000. Should you choose us, the cost of the estimate goes towards your project. You also have the option of taking the estimate to another contractor and shopping around.

Why do you charge for estimates?

Writing estimates take a lot of time and preparation. We write a very high-volume amount of estimates and this equals hours and hours upon work. A full consultation is included with your estimate, and the cost of the estimate goes towards the final total of your project.

Can I get a ballpark estimate before commiting to pay the deposit?

Absolutely! We recommend this. Send us some pictures of your current space, and some pictures of what you are envisioning for the space or a brief description. We will give you a ballpark range price, and if it is in your budget, we can move forward and write you a firm estimate.
