Challenges: Our client's home had the original bathrooms that came with the house when she and her husband purchased it in the 80's. A section of the corner wall in the bathroom was bulky and used to route wires from the attic to the downstairs.
Our Solution: We created junction boxes in the attic to re-route the wires into the walls to eliminate the need for a thick corner wall, saving space and giving the bathroom a more open feel. We removed the old vanity and fiberglass tub and coverted it to a curbless shower. We installed a 46" vanity, pivoting mirror, and new light fixtures. We installed a stone -looking porcelain tile and a shampoo niche with a shelf complete with LED lighting.
