Challenge: Our client has a beautiful home in Mission Viejo and the last room to perfect was the garage. There was no storage and little room for her and her family to do their laundry. Additionally, the garage was dark and a generally unspectacular space.

Our Solution: We routed all the exposed electrical into the wall studs to convert the laundry area into a stunning work space. We installed drywall on the ceilings and walls, and we added bracing in the ceiling to allow for storage space which is now complete with an attic ladder. We added prefabbed cabinetry, quartz countertops, a new sink, and a backsplash. We also removed the tanked water heater and installed a tankless. To fix our client’s lighting issue we added 9 can-less lights all on dimmer switches. The floors are epoxy.
