Challenges: Our clients bought a house that was built in the 1970's. The staircase was narrow and although functional, gave the house a less than contemporary look.

Our Solution: We removed the dividing wall between the flights of stairs to open up the space and converted the handrail to rod iron. We replaced the tread with engineered hardwood to match the flooring in the rest of the house and installed skirtboard and white risers.
