Laundry rooms don't get enough love...

Challenges: Our client's home only had one bathroom downstairs and the only entrance to it was through a bedroom, making it awkward for guests to access. There was no laundry room or space to wash the sand off when they were returning from the beach.

Our Solution: We re-worked the plumbing to accomodate a farmhouse sink perfect for washing sandy bathing suits, and an energy efficient washer and dryer. We also installed new electrical to allow for our client's wine fridge. We used the same backsplash as the bathroom addition to tie in the two rooms and installed engineered hardword throughout the whole house.
