Challenges: Our clients were downsizing from a 2,700 sqft house to a 1700 sqft house by the beach. They loved the location of their new home but it lacked space to entertain. There was no room for the dining table they were bringing with them.

Our Solution: We made the side outdoor patio part of the house, adding 200 sqft and the perfect room for entertaining. We wrapped the beams with reclaimed wood to give the room a finished feel. We installed engineered hardwood and a new chandelier.
